Alice is a booking diary and AI receptionist for Australian service businesses. Every plan below is billed monthly, in Australian dollars, and can be cancelled at any time.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The amount shown is the amount you pay. Your subscription is sold by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; it calculates, collects and remits the GST and issues your tax invoice.

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial the first time a business subscribes. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never charged at all.
The free trial is one per business. If you have already used yours, you can still subscribe at any time — but your first payment is taken straight away rather than after seven days. Checkout always shows which of the two applies to you before you pay.
If you change your mind you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, with no conditions and no need to give a reason. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancel at any time — there is no cancellation fee and no lock-in contract. You keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then continue on the free tier.
